Shipping Cost
International shipping costs are calculated based on several factors including:
- Weight and dimensions of your items
- Destination country and postal code
- Selected shipping method (Duty-Free or Standard)
To check the exact shipping cost for your order, simply add your desired items to the cart, enter your shipping address, and select your preferred shipping method. The system will automatically calculate and display the shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
Duty-Free Shipping No Customs Duties
Our duty-free shipping option allows you to receive your items without paying any additional customs duties. Delivery times are typically between 10-15 business days worldwide.
Standard Shipping (DHL, UPS, etc.)
A faster shipping option using carriers like DHL and UPS. Delivery times are generally between 3-7 business days to most locations. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Important: Tracking information may not be available for the first 24-48 hours after shipment as the courier systems update. If 48 hours have passed and you're still unable to track your package, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
To check the status of your shipment, simply enter your tracking number on the courier's official website. This will provide you with real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, please be aware that:
- With Duty-Free Shipping, customs duties and taxes are included in the shipping cost - you won't need to pay anything extra upon delivery
- With Standard Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your country's customs authorities
- We cannot predict what these charges might be as they vary by country and product value
