Questions about us?

1. Do you have a contact phone number? How can I contact you?

2. Are you only an online wedding dress store? Do you have physical stores in my area?

We currently only conduct online sales and do not have physical retail stores.

Questions before ordering?

1. What if I want a dress in a color not listed?

If the color you want is not listed in the color selector, you can submit the color to the Additional comments section and upload a color picture. We will make it according to your requirements.

2. Can I modify the back style of the dress? What if I want a shorter dress? Can I have a longer train?

Yes, you can modify any part of the dress according to your needs. You can explain any requirements in the Additional comments section, and we will make the dress according to your specifications.

3. How long before the wedding should I order the dress?

Since it takes time to make and ship the dress, we recommend ordering at least 30 days before your event to allow for any necessary modifications.

We accept bank cards, credit cards, and PayPal.

Questions about shipping?

1. How long does shipping take?

We offer two shipping methods:

Duty-free channel: 10-15 days delivery (this method saves you from customs duty processing)

Standard DHL/UPS etc.: 3-7 days delivery (may require payment of customs duties, to be borne by the customer)

2. How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping cost calculation:

Duty-free service fee: Fixed fee, displayed on the payment page, usually $10-30, we adjust according to the situation

Standard shipping (DHL/UPS): Calculated based on product weight

3. Which courier company do you use?

We default to using the duty-free channel, which saves customers the hassle of customs clearance. If you need expedited processing, you can use standard shipping (which may incur customs duties to be borne by the customer).

1. What payment methods do you currently accept?

We accept bank cards, credit cards, and PayPal.

2. Why was the payment unsuccessful?

If the payment fails, it may be that your bank rejected the transaction. Please contact your bank to authorize this transaction.

Questions about returns and exchanges?

1. Can I exchange?

Yes, you can. Please contact our customer service, and our staff will provide you with advice. If there is no quality issue, you will need to bear the shipping cost.

2. What is your return policy?

Basically, you can return for any reason. If the dress has no quality issues, you can return it and get an 80% refund of the dress price. The remaining 20% will be deducted as a restocking fee. 3. Can I return custom-made items?

Sorry, custom-sized dresses cannot be returned or exchanged.
